PARENTAL AND RELATIONSHIP SUPPORT

 

Rioghnach Cantwell is a qualified Relationship/Parent Mentor and is available for on line mentoring sessions free of charge from Monday - Wednesday from 10am - 11am (for this acute phase of the COVID 19 pandemic).

 

Through my 1:1 relationship and parent mentoring, I support and empower individual and parents in finding their own solutions to life’s challenges.  During 1:1 mentoring you have the time to reflect and discuss issues that are arising for you and leave with a greater understanding of your own and your child’s behaviours and the reasons behind them.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

HDip in Relationhip Mentoring from UCC

Certificate in Interpersonal Communications from UCC

Certified Mediator

FETAC 5 certificate in Working with Young People

 

EXPERIENCE

I have mentored parents on a voluntary basis and a professional basis.

 

I volunteered as a leader with the Irish Girl Guides for 15 years.  I worked with groups of girls aged between 5 and 18 during my time as a leader.

 

Trainer with Irish Girl Guides - trained and supported leaders in their interactions with their Girl Guides.
